About Gord Pauls
Gord Pauls owned & operated a General Insurance Brokerage for 28 years, and in 1996 opened the Runner’s Den in Westdale Village, Hamilton. Gord is an accomplished runner, and triathlete. Gord has completed over 35 marathons, including 12 Boston Marathons, with a personal best of 2:51.
The Runner’s Den’s initiatives include support of improved nutrition and education for the children of Haiti, and Hamilton City Kidz. In 2010 he became “Canada’s only Triple Ironman” that’s back to back to back Ironman, a total distance of 678 km, raising $257,000 for Micro-Credit in Haiti.
Gord & Esther have four sons and nine grandchildren. They were awarded the “Sport Ambassador of the Year for 2010 from Tourism Hamilton, a great honour for all they have done for Hamilton.
We will learn about Gord’s faith and how it has helped him in every step of his life’s journey.
